Let Go & Live !

One of the most important life lessons I have ever learned and its been a life long journey learning it
... not a cure all to any given problems ...but a way to cope and survive most of life's struggles....
and its in learning to " Let Go ".

I have never believed Tattoos were necessarily attractive or practical but, one day in order to remind myself to
let go I put a post it note on my computer that said simply "Let Go". 

Later that day in a grocery store I found myself stressing about my life issues which were fairly severe
at the time including some critically ill people and family deaths. Then I realized I needed to remind myself to keep letting go
moment by moment it wasn't something that I should do just sitting at my computer. So later I drew the words "Let Go" on my
left wrist (now I'm a business professional and I figured I could hide it with a watch...lol)  
as I contemplated even getting a tattoo...

In this rather strange occurrence to even me ...of me drawing the words "Let Go" on myself I realized how powerful the idea
that we need to remind ourselves constantly to "Let go" otherwise all of the failures and pain of our yesterdays will overcome the
possible joys and accomplishments of our todays. 

So I started drawing this design and thought this needs to be a part of the LifePower.org site to remind others that letting go
is in fact a key to finding our daily Life Power within from God. And to remind us that if we eventually can learn to Let Go
of the past, the failures, the pain, and problems of yesterday.

Understanding yes they that our past is a part of making us who we are so celebrate that,and
yes we need to be careful to be gentle on ourselves, and take the time to heal, and some of the pain may never completely
go away...but we can learn to cope and overcome in times we feel stressed and paralyzed by our past if we can learn moment by
moment to let go and trust in God, love ourselves and others, and live to make a difference everyday. 
The idea of sharing this thought and design might help to remind us of the "life power" within us to remember
to make a difference in the lives of others.

So this is the our "Let Go" design and it will in fact become my first and probably only tattoo.
But letting go and living today and making a difference today because we learned to let go of yesterday is more significant
than anything Ive personally ever learned to find peace and joy in each day and to remember to make a difference
in the lives of others everyday.

So here is the design that reminds me everyday to ...

Let Go - Look Up - Love Yourself and Others - Live and Make a difference TODAY. enCOURAGE One life at a time.
